EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

  1. In the event that the product you receive is incorrect or defective due to our oversight, please send us an email with the images of the defect / wrong item sent and your receipt number.
  2. We will not accept returns should you purchase our product from an unauthorised third party, or for products not in their original condition.
  3. Shipping fees incurred to send the item back to us will be paid by us only if we sent the wrong item.
  4. WhereBilly reserves the right to deny returns if the aforementioned conditions are not met.
